This line "uniform_bucket_level_access = true" although it was specified to be added (and was added/used in labs) provided an error. Removing it solved it. network module 6.0.0 version still caused incompatibility issue, I used 3.5.0 for hashicorp google like in previous labs and ended up to 3.83.0 in the end to bypass the error.
